The User releases the Rebel Wellness Inc. and affiliates from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which the User ever had, now has or will have in the future against the Rebel Wellness Inc. and affiliates, arising from the User’s past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, the information or Programs, unless arising from the gross negligence of Rebel Wellness Inc..

ARBITRATION, CHOICE OF LAW, AND LIMITED REMEDIES

This offering is a contract between you, the buyer, and our business, the seller. The seller is based in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada and by doing business with us you agree that this offer is made from Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada and shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and by electing to participate in this offer, you are entering into a contract.

In the event that there ever arises a dispute between Rebel Wellness Inc. and User with respect to the services and or products provided pursuant to this agreement or otherwise pertaining to the relationship between the parties, the parties agree to first agree to resolve the dispute with the help of a mutually agreed upon mediator from Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada. If it proves insolvable through mediation, Rebel Wellness Inc. submits to binding arbitration. Any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Such arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The sole remedy that can be awarded to the User in the event that an award is granted in arbitration is refund of the Program Fee. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no award of consequential or other damages, unless specifically set forth herein, may be granted to the User.

This Agreement shall be construed according to the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, without regard to its conflict of law provision. Any legal action arising out of this Agreement shall be litigated and enforced under the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada.

By using this Site the User agrees that the terms of this Agreement are acceptable and by doing so, the User accepts and agrees to abide by the terms hereof. If the User does not agree to the terms and conditions of this Website please discontinue use immediately, thank you.

REFUND POLICY

As with most digital and print offerings, from audio and eBook retailers: There are no refunds on programs or products that can be downloaded, viewed, copied, or stored in an electronic format. This is an industry standard. Therefore, certain programs and products are nonrefundable.

If you are an Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) former/current/alumni student, or other wellness professional, that has purchased this program for your own personal use, and you decide not to use it, you agree that you cannot sell to, share, or exchange any of this copyrighted material with any other IIN former/current/alumni student, nor any other health and wellness professional, customer, or client. This material is strictly for your personal use and benefit, therefore, no part of it can be used in any other business manner, including, but not limited to reselling of information within your practice. If you would like support in including a signature detox program within your own business practice, please contact me for additional information.

All materials are copyrighted and remain the property of their respective owners. Materials made available to the private group forums, by email, or any other means, may not be distributed in any fashion, print nor electronic, without the expressed written permission of the respective owner.

FINANCIAL DEFAULT PAYMENTS (applicable to payment plans only)

If you have selected the payment plan option during your purchase you are responsible to complete the payment plan. You cannot stop or cancel your payment plan, all payments in the payment plan must be paid in full.

If at any point you default on a payment you will be notified immediately. You will have 72-hours to rectify the default and bring your account back into good standing. If you fail to rectify the default within 72-hours of being notified your program or course access will be put on hold and you will be denied all access to the program or course and social media group until your account is brought back into good standing. Accounts that move past 75 days past due are sent to external collections to collect the full remaining price of the program.
